We can manufacture sizes that are not standard by cutting and roll-forming. Order Lot: 10 pieces Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll-forming from sheet material using micro-plasma welding. Welding is performed without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The weld bead has minimal irregularities and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - Can be manufactured in a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - We can accommodate production from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - Production and shipping can be done in as little as two business days. - All manufacturing is done in-house.
